The game
Are there any special requirements in the games?
Lost Treasure: All players must pass through a 36cm wide entrance. At least one player should be without physical limitations. The game is not suitable for people with genuine claustrophobia.
Brandon Darkmoor: The game is not suitable for the very anxious and definitely not for people with a pronounced fear of lifts. We would advise against it if you have severe knee or back problems.
You can find more information on the pages of Lost Treasure and Brandon Darkmoor.
From what age can you play?
Our recommendation based on experience:
Go West: From 0 years with adults. From 10 years without adults.
Beast Of Berlin: From 14 years with adults. From 16 years without adults. There are corpses and bloody body parts in the room, which may be too realistic for younger children.
Lost Treasure: From 10 years with adults. From 16 years without adults. It is very dark in places.
Brandon Darkmoor: This experience may be too scary for people under the age of 16. It’s not a horror game, but it does have scary moments.
As a general rule, you know your child best and decide what they are allowed to play.
Which languages do you offer?
Our games can be played in German and English and all our game masters speak at least both languages.
What happens if I am late?
If you arrive too late, the game will usually not take place, as starting the game too late will delay the rest of the day. Under certain circumstances, the team leader may decide to let you play, depending on the day’s schedule with a correspondingly shortened playing time.
If you are late, the game price will not be refunded
Can Brandon Darkmoor be played by a group of two?
Theoretically, Brandon Darkmoor can be played by a group of two players. However, we strongly advise against this, as it destroys the fun of the game, which thrives on group dynamics.
Are the games scary? Are there scare actors?
Brandon Darkmoor and Beast Of Berlin are scary in parts. But there are no frighteners.
I have knee problems. Which game is suitable?
If you have knee problems, only BEAST OF BERLIN is suitable as you have to crawl in all other games.

General
How does the game work?
Our games are unique immersive experiences. Simply arrive 15 minutes before the booked time and embark on an adventure.
Who can play along?
In principle, anyone can play. Our games have individual restrictions, which you can find in the game description.
Players under the age of 12 are only permitted in Go West and with restrictions in Lost Treasure and must be accompanied by an adult.
What clothes should I wear?
Please wear normal, comfortable clothes that may get dirty and flat shoes.
What is the difference between an immersive adventure and an escape game?
In classic escape games, there is a briefing beforehand and you play the room by solving riddles and puzzles. The puzzles do not always have to have anything to do with the story or the design of the room.
In an immersive adventure, the game begins even before you start playing. You will only find very limited classic puzzles here. It’s about getting involved in the game and playing a role, for example a ghost hunter or archaeologist. The experience takes centre stage in an immersive adventure. You are part of a 1-hour blockbuster film.
Is the game accessible?
No, our games are not barrier-free and not suitable for wheelchair users. As our games rooms are located in the basement, every player should be able to rescue themselves via the stairs in an emergency.
I am pregnant. Can I play?
Everyone plays at their own risk. Some of our games are physically demanding and you occasionally have to crawl on all fours. If you can manage this, nothing stands in the way of the game. If in doubt, please ask your doctor whether you can take part in an escape game.
Is there a car park?
Yes, there are car parks behind the building and in the surrounding area.
How do I get to you by public transport?
We recommend Google Maps for stress-free planning. Our customers arrive by public transport either by bus (approx. 5 minutes‘ walk away – Josef-Orlopp-Str./Vulkanstr.), tram M13 (approx. 10 minutes’ walk away – Loeperplatz) or underground line U5 (approx. 15 minutes away – Magdalenenstr.).
Where do I leave my valuables?
We have plenty of lockers where you can leave your valuables. However, we recommend travelling with as little luggage as possible.
We cannot accept any liability for your items.
What are your opening hours?
We are normally open Wednesday and Thursday from 15:30 – 22:00, Friday from 14:30 – 22:00, Saturday from 09:30 – 22:00 and Sunday from 12:30 – 20:30.

Can I bring my budgie with me?
No. Animals are not allowed in the playrooms. Unless they are stuffed and belong to us.
Can I take my mobile phone into the game for emergencies?
Mobile phones are not allowed in the game under any circumstances. In any case, there is no mobile phone reception in the game rooms. However, we will be happy to look after your mobile phone and take you out of the game in an emergency.
Your question has not been answered?
